My Nail Polish and Make-up Collection

Today I am sharing my nail polish and make-up collection.  I am not trying to show off in any way or claiming I have the “best” or “biggest” collection of cosmetics or lacquer.  This is merely for fun and I am proud of what I own.  Honestly, I don't think I own that much.  Plus, this is my 100th blog post so why not post something fun and worth looking at? ;)

So lets start with my makeup.  I went to Big Lots and purchased a plastic seven drawer unit to organize everything efficiently.

Lipsticks
Lip glosses, lip stains and lip liners
Mascaras, gel and liquid liner, lashes, primers and go to items
Foundation, powder, highlights and blushes
Nail wheels, nail book and Color Club Foiled
Cream shadows and pencils
(colored shadow bases)
Eye shadow singles, duos, trios, quads, ect.
In a separate plastic three drawer unit in my closet I keep my palettes.
UD Naked, Sephora Blockbuster 2010 and 2012 versions, Inglot and Ed Hardy

For my eyeliners, I keep them in a metal magnetic pencil holder.  The shelf in my closet in made out of metal so its hung up there.  I have a lot of eyeliner pencils ranging in all colors of the rainbow.
My brushes to the left are my eye brushes and are stored in an Estee Lauder make-up brush travel container.  The brushes on the right are my face brushes and those are stored in an Ed Hardy pop can holder.

OK, now for my nail polish.  Nothing brings me more joy than nail polish.  I am always up for a conversation about nail polish; Everyday I search the net for latest updates and releases, so I am aware of who is releasing what collection.  I also like going out to multiple stores to find certain colors and deals.  My collection is some what organized by brand.  As long as every bottle is accounted for, and I know where the bottle is, finding a certain one isn't extremely hard.  Since I buy polish often, I out grew the organization, which resulted, having me mixing brands.
I store everything in perfume boxes, white plastic baskets and shoe boxes in my closet.
China Glaze
OPI
Maybelline
Icing and Claire's
Sally Hansen, Avon and CoverGirl

L.A Girl Magnetic nail polish in Positive Charge

I don't like these type of magnetics very much. The magnet is small and not as strong and works well with short small finger nails.  I did manage though to get a good design.

Its a red magnetic and its called positive charge. the application was good but the magnetic wasn't strong enough. i didn't get a good design on my ring finger and thumb.

This is an old manicure so thats why the tips are faded a bit. but overall i would try out the rest of the magnetics I have from the brand.  I found them and Marc's(grocery in my area) and Drugmart.

The desgin for this is three curvy lines. The cap is detachable.  As you can see, i did get polish on the cap some how. lol.  Hope you give these a try.
