Icing Absinthe

Icing Absinthe:
•Bright green/yellow frosty shimmer
•Has green and pink micro shimmer that's a bit hard to pick up on camera
•Sheer, two coats but three or four would be better
•Not a good color representation of Absinthe

Absinthe is a green alcohol that is about 70% alcohol.  It might still be illegal in the United States but I'm not sure.  I also heard it causes hallucinations.  I'm probably wrong because I'm not sure how its produced today.  Would I try this if given to me?  Hell yes! LOL

Neon Yellow Splatter Nails

The yellow was insanely bright!  I couldn't take a picture of the true color.  Neons are difficult to capture on camera, but I managed to take some good pictures.  Splatter nail polish is very in this season, and for those who don't know what splatter nail polish is; it is typically black and white glitter of all sizes that look like polka dots when applied to the nail.  Of course when a trend comes out, all brands must have it in their line, and guess who's the girl that buys them all! ;)

Polishes used:
Wet n Wild Pin' Em Slater
Icing Milky Way

Icing Milky Way:  black and white hexagonal glitter, small round glitter and black bar glitter.  (I believe I used two coats)?

Blue and Pink Cheetah Nail Art

This is by far the cutest nail design I've ever done!!!  The glitter I used is called Super Freak.  The song Super Freak by Young Jeezy always plays in my head when I look or think of this polish.  Haha.

Polishes used:
Icing  I like the Nightlife(shimmery blue)
Icing Super Freak(glitter)
China Glaze Rich & Famous(pink)
Wet n Wild Black Cream

Icing Epic Winning

Such a gorgeous color!  It took me five coats to get it fully opaque.

Icing Posh Princess

OK...this color is so hard to describe.  To me, its more of a light brown beige?  When you hold it up against something brown, the color shows its light brown tones.  This isn't something i would wear again alone.  Its so plain, but something about it makes me love it.  Posh Princess is a creme, sorta good appliction, I used two coats.

Finger Paints Blue Raspberry Taffy + Icing Shredded

First of all, this color is really pretty.  Second, the application was horrible.  Third, after taking the nail polish off, it stained some of my nails blue...yes, blue!  Blue Raspberry Taffy came from their Spring 2012 Collection; Gumdrops and Lollipops.  I only have three colors from the collection, but after wearing this I don't think I should try and wear the other two.  It was sorta on the thick side but not thick enough for me to put thinner.  Usually Finger Paints has great formula, but his one...ehh not so great.  Easy to come off even though some of my nails are stained with blue patches.  Cremes are not my favorite. LOL

I got bored and decided to add Icing Shredded.  Black shreds in a clearish light grey base.

Icing After Party

I've had this polish for a while now. I can't say its a flakie or a glitter but more like shreds.  Yes, shreds in a clear base.  You can purchase After Party at any of your local Icing store. (while supplies last)

After party consistes of blue, yellow gold, purple, orange, and some silver shreds.  i used three coats and my base color was Savvy Golden Honey.  The coverage wasn't that great, hence i used three coats, but overall its very pretty and i love it. hehe

I'm going to try this over other colors too in the future. ;)
